What is the cost to list a vacation rental?
We have 4 packages to choose from to fit your needs. Our basic package price including 4 photos is $99 per year or $39.95 per quarter. Remember, you can setup an account without obligation. Check our price page for any current specials!

Do you give discounts for listing multiple properties?
Of course! We offer a 20% discount for each listing beyond your first (fist listing is full priced, highest plan listing). If you plan to list 10 or more rentals, please contact us for our volume pricing.
All accounts with multiple listings will receive a web page for all of your vacation rentals with thumbnails and links to each property.

Will I get a "referral fee" if I refer other property owners to list?
Yes! If you refer owners to list their vacation homes with us, you will receive a credit for one month of basic listing service. The credit will be applied after the person whom you referred maintains their listing subscription past any free trial period (if applicable).
Please tell people whom you refer to us that they must provide your user name in the “Referred by” field when they register.

How will charges appear on my credit card statement?
Charges will appear on your credit card statement as "VacationSpaces.com".

What is your refund policy?
Because of the nature of our business, most of the work on our site occurs during the first few months of listing. During this time we update several pages on our site, submit your pages to the search engines, etc. Because of this and the fact that we do not charge a setup fee, we do not offer refunds of listing fees.
We offer yearly and quarterly plans, and you are under no obligation to renew your listing when it expires.
