What is VacationSpaces.com?
VacationSpaces.com is a fully searchable, database of vacation rentals by owner. VacationSpaces.com makes it easy for you to find vacation rentals and save money by booking direct with the owner. VacationSpaces.com does not represent any of the rentals on our site and we do not handle any bookings. We are not a property management company - we are simply one of the largest and easiest tools to find vacation lodging on the web.

How does VacationSpaces.com work?
Vacation rental owners or their agents create an online account and submit information about their property or properties. Each rental is listed as a separate web page on VacationSpaces.com, and displays an availability calendar, rental rates, photos, and information about the property amenities.
Owners are encouraged to login on a regular basis to update all aspects of their listing including the calendar of availability. Owners will also have access to view statistics on how many people have viewed their property listing.
Potential renters use VacationSpaces.com to search for vacation rentals. Potential renters can search for a rental property by geography (e.g. country, state, or city) or property amenities (e.g. wheelchair accessibility, pet friendly vacation home, beach front rental). Renters then can make an inquiry directly to the owner either by calling (if the phone number is published) or by filling out an online inquiry that is forwarded to the owner.

What does it mean to be SquareTrade Verified?
Display of a valid SquareTrade Seal on a listing indicates that the seller has met certain criteria and has been verified from SquareTrade. While no guarantee of a lister's performance, SquareTrade can substantially lower the risks of buying online.
