The downstairs, single story unit is perfect for families or small groups. With a back yard and plenty of ocean views, this two bed, two bath unit has an extra pull-out sofa bed in the living area to sleep 4-6.
Have an extended family or a larger group? By just opening the connecting door to the upstairs unit, you’ll gain an extra kitchen, large dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and pull-out sofa bed to accommodate an extra 5 people! Our home is pet-friendly.
A great location to suit everyone’s interest.
The beach access is only steps away to this dog-friendly beach (on a leash), and has natural tide pools where kids can explore sea life! The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and downtown Santa Cruz are a short drive away, and the restaurants and shopping of Capitola are accessible by bike path or a short drive.
