2012 is shaping up to be as good or better than the record 2011 rental season, so book early! My condos got a facelift over the winter, so they are freshened up and waiting for you!
Okay, you just looked at 100 properties online today and your eyes hurt!! So why choose mine?
1) My condos are Gulf-Front. No streets to cross. No obstructions to your view. Just beautiful white sand and emerald waters as far as your eyes can see.
2) I manage my own rentals. No third party to deal with. The condos you see in the pictures are the actual condos you will be staying in.
3) I offer hassle-free check-in. After payment, I email the combination to the condo so you can begin your vacation without wasting time exchanging payment and keys.
4) I work just minutes from the condos and reside locally giving me an advantage over out-of-town owners to monitor my condos to keep them in tip-top shape and squeaky clean. I also have a staff ready for any maintenance needed during your visit.

Our condos are GULF-FRONT and within walking distance to many attractions like arcades, go-cart tracks, dining, shopping, and golfing. We support a family atmosphere with a minimum age of 25 for singles. With 200' of dedicated beach and an adult pool, a kiddie pool, elevated private sun deck and poolside snack bar, you may not leave the property!!
My two condos are two of the most modern and well-kept units in this building and enjoy repeat guests year after year. They feature mirrors throughout to create a panoramic view of the beach and come equipped with a queen size bed, queen size sofa sleeper and matching love seat. Other features include a dining table with 4 chairs, 27” TV, stereo, VCR/DVD, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and walk-in closet.
REMINDER: This is a NON-SMOKING unit. However, you can smoke on the public balcony.
Pets require a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee and must not exceed 20 pounds. I only allow pets in one of my units, so if you want a pet-free unit, let me know.
