The seven private condos have unique decor. There is the Oriental Suite, the Africa suite, the English Cottage, Hawaii, Santa Fe, Florida and Artist Suite.

There are full kitchens throughout with all mod cons.
All unit s are updated and Newly Tiled throughout in 2007 / 08 plus a NEW POOL was installed as well with gorgeous views of the water. BBQ pool side and enjoy the cool breezes.
This lovingly preserved vintage Florida estate takes you back to a bygone more leisurely era.
All units have luxury feather beds, full bedrooms and separate living rooms. Bathrooms have both tubs and showers, hair dyers and shaver sockets.
Included are: air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, full size kitchens with large refrigerators and stoves with ovens, and all appliances such as a microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and a tea pot. Dinnerware is included.
Bedrooms have Luxurious feather beds. All linens and towels are provided.
