The second floor consists of a beautiful custom oak kitchen featuring a six burner Jenn_Air cooktop with indoor grill, double convection ovens, dual Sub Zero refrigerators, wet bar, ice maker, and breakfast nook overlooking the ocean. This floor also features a dining room with seating for 10, living room with fireplace and wet bar, a family room (with 60” TV) virtually surrounded by glass, 2 bedrooms….both with their own private baths. The large covered balcony overlooking the pool is perfect for getting out of the sun and enjoying the ocean breezes. Walk up the spiral staircase to the third floor….a true masterpiece in this home. It doesn’t get any better than this!
