HERMOSA BEACH BUNGALOW - COSTA RICA
This fully-fitted bungalow in a gated community, along with 25 other
bungalows, is thoughtfully decorated and in tip top shape. Closed and gated
complex, called Hermosa Bungalows shares a central swimming pool with
pool bar and sits by the ocean at one of most famous surfing beaches in
Costa Rica - Hermosa Beach.
Hermosa Bungalows is staffed 24 hours a day. The on-site
management
company is on call and the home is maintained on a regular basis with
cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and pool services. There is also a night
time security guard.
The perfect starting point for Costa Rica style adventures in all directions and
the perfect vacation home. The two bright bedrooms have French windows
that lead onto a wide back balcony - perfect for star gazing or bird watching.
We have an Internet Connection and cable TV.
The kitchen, with granite countertop is fully-fitted with everything you need
including Guanacaste wood breakfast bar and service for outdoor dining. All
the furniture is handmade to our designs by local craftsmen. From the front
veranda there are ocean and wilderness views and it is quiet at any time of
the day except for the birdsong.
Wander one way along the beach at sunset to small hotels and restaurants. In
the other direction, the miles of virtually unspoiled beach lead to a turtle
rescue sanctuary at the far end with just a few scattered surfers in the waves.
The ocean at your doorstep is of Surf Competition standard and the sand is
dark and soft. Take day trips to waterfalls, botanical gardens, rain forests,
and volcanoes.
Come home to hot showers, air conditioning and some of the most beautiful
sunsets you will ever see in Costa Rica.
From Hermosa Beach it is just an eight-minute drive into the town of Jaco
which has many shops and every kind of restaurant you might desire. A 15-
minute drive takes you to swanky Los Suenos with its hotel, casino, and
famous yachting harbor.

Quiet. While many people believe they want to be on the ocean front the
reality is that there will be increasingly heavy traffic on the road as well as
traffic in and out of the complex which will disturb residents of those
bungalows. Ocean spray from surf is also more extreme meaning increased
need for maintenance. Being away from the pool is also an enormous
advantage during the busy months.

Jungle. #25 has an unblockable ocean view over the entrance road
and the
beach is less than a minute away. Also the back of the property provides the
best of two worlds. While you still enjoy all amenities of the ocean being right
there you also can enjoy the jungle and see more of the exotic birds and
other wildlife from the back row - it is the last row of 7.
Back balcony. Back row houses are also unique in Hermosa Bungalows,
having French doors, which open onto rear decks. The additional sense of
space and light that this feature gives to the house cannot be
