This is a brand new luxurious Disney Villa with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with Private South Facing Pool and Spa plus Games Room, on the new and prestigious Tuscan Hills Resort in Orlando, Florida. The community benefits from a huge selection of facilities, including an impressive 2700 sq ft clubhouse with fitness room, indoor children’s playroom, large lounge and covered lanai, all overlooking tennis court plus sand volleyball court, tot lot and palm garden. A restaurant is proposed for Summer 2007.
This beautiful villa is only 15 minutes from Disney making it an ideal location for your "magical" vacation. Our home is excellently located on the US27, allowing quick and easy access to see Mickey Mouse and Walt Disney World. Many other attractions including SeaWorld, Universal, Wet and Wild, plus three championship golf courses, are all within easy reach. Alternatively why not spend the day in the superb new Poisener Centre Mall with its up market retail outlets, restaurants and cinema, situated on Highway 27 just 7 miles away.
Tuscan Hills Resort is a gated resort community which includes clubhouse, gym, games room, cyber cafe, shop, tennis courts and many other facilities and is now one of the most sought after communities in the Disney area. The Tuscan Hills Disney Villa has an elegant and luxurious feel, yet welcoming and homely that makes it perfect for a vacation in Florida.
Our spacious villa has been superbly furnished to a very high standard throughout, with upgraded furniture in every room. The Pool and raised Spa is surrounded by a large extended deck area that includes a covered Lanai with ceiling fan should you prefer to sit in the shade. There is a safety fence around the pool if required for your child’s safety.
Amenities - The villa is carpeted throughout with air conditioning in every room, plus additional ceiling fans.
The First, Master Bedroom is excellently furnished and includes En Suite bathroom, with walk in shower, plus a large bath, big enough for 2!! There is a Huge King sized bed, dresser, mirror and walk in closet plus TV.

The Second Bedroom is also furnished to a very high standard with a Queen Sized Bed, TV, dresser, mirror, and walk in closet plus En Suite bathroom.
The Third and Fourth Bedrooms are also fully equipped and suitable for both children and or male/female guests. These twin bedrooms share a bathroom which is adjacent. All towels and linen are provided.
The Superb Pool Area and extensive sun terrace includes a lovely raised Spa. It is also equipped with upgraded Patio table, Chairs plus Sun Loungers. This is perfect setting to enjoy the Florida Sunshine or great to relax after a hard day at the attractions!!
The villa has a South facing Pool and has an extended patio area. There is also a covered area with ceiling fan to provide some shade.

Rates are per week and are inclusive of 12% Florida Tax. Payment can be made in Dollars, Uk Pounds, Euros or Credit Card via Pay Pal on line.
$350/£250 deposit is required at the time of booking.
Balance is due 10 weeks before arrival.
$250 security deposit is required, refundable within 2 weeks of departure. Subject to property inspection.
Optional pool heating at $25 per day (recommended between November and April).
Minimum stay 3 nights.
Stays of 6 nights or less incur a cleaning charge of $90.

The resort amenities include a Community Club House with flat screen TV and a large lounge area. There is also a play area, tennis courts, volley ball court, cyber cafe and games room. Plus, if you feel that a day out at the attractions is just not enough, why not try out the state of the art fitness room to keep you in shape!!
There is a restaurant proposed for Summer 2007.
Guests of our villa have free unlimited use of all these facilities for the duration of their stay!!
