bathrooms. All bedroom's are fitted with T.V.s and the main living area has
T.V. and playstation. The living areas consist of a modern, spacious open
plan, pool side family room, a large living and dining room with dining
seating for 6, a centrally located fully fitted kitchen and seated serving area,
and a breakfast bay with seating for 4. The fully air conditioned property also
has a utility / laundry room with an adjoining secure 2 car space garage.
