Private and peaceful Beach House , with Master (King size Bed) on the main floor. Fully furnished, sleeps up to eleven adults and children,parking for 4+ cars! Palm trees and only steps away from the snow white Beach, close to the sought after new Splash. Frank Brown Park with olympic size pool just 5 minutes away! Queen size Bedroom, and additional room with 2 Bunkbeds upstairs. A sofa bed in the family room sleeps 2 additional guests. This house has large walk-in closets in all 3 Bedrooms. Very open floor plan. 2 oversized Bathrooms, and a large patio for BBQs.
Check in time is 3:00 pm & Check out time is 10:00 am. All weekly fees do not included taxes of 10.5%.
Security deposit of $300 is required to lock in your reservation. Consists of $80 non refundable cleaning fee,
and $220 deposit will be refunded after departure.
