Methods of Payment
Personal checks (please, only one check per reservation), Money Orders, Travelers Checks, Credit Cards. Any returned check carries a $50 service fee.
check in at 3:00pm, check out at 10:00am
Please be sure all dishes are washed and put away, refrigerator is clean, trash is in the outside container (dumpster), all windows and doors are closed and locked, and all furniture is in its original position.
Security/Damage Deposit: $200.00. Our condo is inspected before and after your departure. Please report damage upon your arrival or you will be held responsible upon departure. Your deposit will be refunded after your departure as long as nothing is missing, broken or damaged.
Cancellation
If you must cancel or change arrival dates, you must do so in writing within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date. If less than 30 days notice is given, your deposit will be held for lost rent unless the property can be rented for that time period.
Refunds
No refunds are given for early departure, malfunction of appliances or equipment, or departure during a hurricane watch. Considerations may be made for mandatory area evacuations.
Maximum Occupancy
Occupancy is limited to maximum sleeping capacity of six people. Groups exceeding occupancy will not be permitted. Any reservation made under false pretenses will result in loss of deposit and eviction.
Taxes - Rates do not include tax, Gulf Shores - 11%
Cleaning fee - Rates do not include $50 cleaning fee
Deck furniture is provided, but is not intended for beach use.
Telephones are provided, but are limited to local calling only. Long distance calls must be charged to your calling card or credit card.
