Mastercard,Visa & AmEx are accepted for both Security Deposit and Rental fees. Stay for the weekend, Friday thru Monday; or stay the whole week, Friday thru Friday, or Monday thru Monday. We also offer mid-week rates for Monday thru Thursday or Tuesday thru Friday. Deposits are $300 to $500 depending on time of stay. All deposits must be paid with credit card! We have a thirty day cancellation period with pro-rated rates. Please allow 30 days for any Refunds.We offer linen service for an additional $10 per person, and Cleaning Service when you leave for an additional $100.00. All rental rates include all Applicable Rental Taxes.
