Newly remodeled mountain home located on the north side of beautiful Lake James in the heart of the Bear Cliff development in McDowell County, NC. Bring your boat and enjoy fishing, swimming, boating and skiing or relaxing on our covered boat dock with swimming platform. The dock is positioned on deep water on one of the largest areas of the lake. Hike the mountain trails or visit the near-by ski slopes. Our home was extensively remodeled in 2004 and offers a fully furnished kitchen with all new appliances, a dining room, three bedrooms, two baths, one with washer and dryer. We are located 45 minutes east of Asheville, 30 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, one hour from Mt. Mitchell and an hour south of Boone and Blowing Rock. There are two floors: with living room with a queen-size sofa bed, kitchen, dining area and one bath on the first floor. The second floor of the home has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a third bedroom with two double beds for the kids, a bath and sun porch.
