This beautiful beach front home in the gated community of San Antonio del Mar 10 minutes to Rosarito Beach. It sleeps 8 people (more if children) and features two oceanfront floors with dining and living rooms and balconies and is just l5 steps down to the beach. The house has 3 and 3/4 bedrooms, 3 baths, two fully equipped modern kitchens and dining areas, a large, spacious oceanfront dining and living room, outside furnished patios, a grassy side yard, an outdoor barbeque/bar area, two fireplaces, a pellet stove and a garage. Amenities include two satellite TVs, DVD player, CD player, DSL wireless internet access, a telephone to make and receive calls, fully filtered (drinkable)water throughout the house, and daily light maid service (lives next door in casita). It has direct access to sandy beach for miles with daily dolphin views. Lots of board games, puzzles, dvds, videos, etc. for entertainment and relaxation. Safe community that also has 24/7 security, a nearby pool (with a wetsuit we swim in the ocean and pool all year), tennis court, small convenience store. It is l0 minutes to rosarito with restaurants, dancing, horseback riding, etc, 20 minutes to lobster in the famous Puerto Nuevo, l hour to Ensenada for deep sea fishing. Across the street is the Real del Mar Residence Inn with golf and also a spa and very nice restaurant.only one hour drive across the border from San Diego airport.
a caretaker lives on site in the casita next door and is available at a convenient time ( included in the price) to clean up after breakfast, make beds, wash bath and beach towels, sweep sand away, etc.

Monday through Thursday: $225/night
Weekly (seven nights): $1700/ Monthly: $3600
Off Season: (Sept 15-February) Friday, Saturday and Sunday: $300/night
Monday through Thursday: $200/night: weekly (seven nights) $1300 Monthly: $3000
* A $375 deposit is required
* Prices include daily light maid service and an on-site caretaker who lives in casita next door.
* Check in is at 3pm and check out is at noon.

Rules and Restrictions
* No illegal drugs are allowed on premises.
* No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the house.
* No animals of any kind are allowed on the premises.
* No fireworks are permitted in San Antonio at any time. ($200 fine)
Violations will result in termination of contract and loss of deposit and amounts paid.

This Rosarito Beachfront Rental is located within San Antonio Del Mar, a beautiful 1400 home gated community just north and l0 minutes from Rosarito. The community has 24 hour security, a playground and park, restaurant, a grocery store, pool and tennis court. Golf and horseback riding are nearby, and the nearby town of Rosarito with many restaurants and attractions is just down the road. The house is l0 minutes from Fox Studios, 15 minutes from famous Puerto Nuevo (lobsters!), and 30 minutes to Ensenada where you can deep sea fish. Boogy boarding, surfing, kite flying, horsebackriding, parasailing are other fun activities nearby. Across the street is a world class golf area with a full spa and exercise room.
