This is the lake-level portion of a large lakefront home nestled among the Aspens on Donner Lake. It is completely self-contained including a separate kitchen and bath. Both bedrooms and the living room have terrific views of the lake. It is comfortable, relaxing and beautiful.
You can walk down a flight of stairs to a private dock where you can keep your boat, try your luck at fishing, swim, or simply relax.

The rent is $275.00 a night. There is a $250 refundable deposit and a $100 non-refundable cleaning deposit. We will provide linens (sheets and towels) for an extra $100 otherwise you need to bring your own.
We don't allow any pets or folks who smoke. There is parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles.
