Cocoa Beach, the surf capital of Florida, is the closest beach to Disney World, 45 minutes from Orlando airport by the Beeline Expressway due east, and a 8 minute walk to famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, the largest in the U.S. Cape Canaveral is a mecca for seafood restaurants many with live entertainment, cruise ships, deep sea fishing, free Casino excursions 2 miles north at the Port. The area also features the Cape Canaveral Wild Life Refuge and the Space Center, just 10 minutes north.
