Other than a one-time $49 cleaning fee, FL taxes and a small credit card processing fee (only applies if you are paying by credit card), there are NO other costs, fees, surcharges, usage fees or any other costs!
Reservation Process:
* 20% of total for deposit (credit card or personal check)
Balance due 2 weeks prior to occupancy date
* ALL payments fully refundable up to 2 weeks prior to
occupancy; after this, only your deposit is non-
refundable. However this too may even be refundable if
we have someone else on stand-by.
* Please note that unlike most others, we are FULLY LICENSED BY THE STATE OF FLORIDA for your peace of mind and protection. We also have HUNDREDS of emails from other families who have stayed with us, that we are happy to share with you!
