There is a view of Santa Rosa Sound (the Intercoastal Waterway)from the 2nd floor bedroom and balcony (see photo) from which you can watch the boat traffic and it is a short 4 minute stroll to the sugar white sand and emerald green water beaches of the Gulf of Mexico (with one low-traffic road to cross)over a boardwalk. It is a short one minute walk to the edge of Santa Rosa Sound - great for fishing. This townhouse has a ground level patio area (20' X 16') with a BBQ grill. Restaurants and clubs are within 5 minutes walking distance. Parking space for two cars.
