A choice of two lovely and fully furnished island accommodations await you at DoneReach, Abaco, Bahamas. DoneReach, a three bedroom two bathroom house with spectacular views over The Sea of Abaco and the BoatHouse at DoneReach, our dockside one bedroom one bathroom cottage for a truly charming "on the water" living experience.
Located on a hill on a private narrow peninsula virtually surrounded by the most beautiful turquoise water in the world, DoneReach is 3 miles from Marsh Harbour, the third largest settlement in the Bahamas, far from the congestion and husle bustle of Nassau and Freeport and their highrises and casinos. With plenty to do and all the amenities of easy access, high quality restaurants and white powder sandy beaches and crystal clear water.
DoneReach and BoatHouse are located on the same property but neither can be seen or heard form the other. Both cottages are private but not remote.

The rental rate for DoneReach is Nov 1-April 30: $2,100 per week for up to 4 guests and $2,500 for 5 or 6 guests (our maximum for DoneReach; May 1-August 30: $2,300 per week for up to 4 guests and $2,700 for 5 or 6 guests. The rental rate for BoatHouse at DoneReach is $1,500 per week for 2 guests Nov 1-April 30 and $1,600 per week for 2 guests May 1-August 30.
Rentals are by the week from Saturday 3P.M. to Saturday 10 A.M. Personal checks are accepted. No credit cards.
A deposit of 50% of rental amount is required to confirm all reservations and the balance is due on or before 60 days prior to commencement date of the rental period.
The reservation deposit is fully refundable if cancelled prior to 60 days before the rental date and an alternate rental is obtained.
A refundable security/damage deposit of $250 is required of all first time guests.
Add 10% holiday surcharge for all major holidays.

DoneReach is air conditioned and has ceiling paddle fans to supplement the nearly always present moderating breezes. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds and the third bedroom has a pair of twin beds. There are two bathrooms , one with a tub and shower and the other with a large oversized walk in shower with overhead "country club" shower head and a vauted ceiling.
Large decks on both sides of the house provide alternate places to sit and relax, depending upon the movement of the Sun and the everchanging winds.
Our wonderful 70' dock is reserved for your rental boat and our unique seaside saltwater sunpool and its waterfall are exclusively for use of guests at DoneReach and DoneReach BoatHouse.
Car, boat, motor scooter and bike rentals are available nearby. The ferry dock to all the out islands is a 10 minute walk from DoneReach.
