This spacious home is located Oceanside in Pt. Pleasant Beach. The neighborhood is residential. This home lies just 100 yards west of Bradshaw Beach. You do not need to cross a street. This private beach has lifeguards and requires passes. (8 Beach passes are included with your rental). Four blocks to the north is the start of the Point Pleasant Boardwalk, filled with shops, eateries, and amusements. Other attractions nearby include golf, fishing, health facilities, and restaurants.

Policies
This spacious house is available from $2500-$5500 per week.
We ask for a $1000.00 security deposit which will be promptly returned after 30 days. After you have confirmed the available dates for your stay, we will hold your reservation for five days, pending the receipt of your deposit. We accept cash, travelers checks and major credit cards.
The lease will only be in one persons name. All family members will need to be listed. Please note that we do not accept "sharing." We are willing to consider two families.
The rental period is a full seven nights, from Sunday to Sunday.
Check-in time is 3:00pm on Sunday (keys will not be given out prior to check-in time). Incoming guests will greatly appreciate your courteous observance of the 11:00am check-out time.
Upon check-out guests are expected to strip all beds, carry out trash, do dishes and leave the premises in a neat and tidy condition. Our cleaning crew will take care of the rest. $200 will be deducted from your security deposit.
Please bring your own food, linens, blankets, towels, toiletries, etc.
Sorry, pets are negotiable.
