Upon booking unit, a refundable security deposit of $150.00 is required. Spring break deposit higher($500.00). This is returned upon check out and no damage to the unit. Payment in full is required three weeks prior to arrival by money order or cashier check, no personal checks.

Cancellations 46 days or more prior to travel will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 31-45 days will receive a full refund less the $150-$500 deposit ($150-$300 charge).
Cancellations 30 days or less prior to travel will receive no refund unless we can rent unit,at which time a refund less the $150-$500 will be returned.
Summit charges $10.00 registration. Spring Break registration is
$25.00. No refunds for early departure for any reason.
