Ali’i Ohana Hale (Royal Family House), was designed with the nuclear family in mind although it works well for other arrangements too. The central living/sleeping area is based on the concept of Hawaiian family life. The large kitchen opens to a ‘great room,’ much like a "family room". There are two large comfortable bamboo chairs which face the entertainment center and pillows for those who like sitting on the floor. Directly to the side are two queen size beds. The fully equipped kitchen is sectioned off by a breakfast bar which keeps the area very open. The formal living/dining room is in an area of its own. Even the keiki (children), have their own "formal" living area referred to as the "Keiki Corner." If you need to tell your kids to "get in the corner," they will enjoy the books, games and puzzles stored there!
Ohana Hale is approximately 5 miles to Kona Town. Kona Town has the amenities for your vacation yet, is quiet and quaint enough so that you can relax. You will NOT find row after row of night clubs. You will find restraints, eateries, shops, and historical points of interest which wind along the Kona coast.

While we are improving the exterior of our beautiful property we are offering an EXTREME SPECIAL price for all guest who stay with us between NOW and December 11, 2005. This EXTREME SPECIAL of 40% off our regular price.
A $200.00 reservation fee is required. Upon arrival, the reservation fee converts to a refundable security deposit. Pay by credit card and we waive the $200 fee! One week from receipt of reservation fee, ½ of stay's total balance is due. The balance of the vacation package fee is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be done in writing 30 days prior to your stay for a full refund, less $200.00 cancellation fee
