Fenced patio with awning and BBQ. Newport pier with fishing and restaurant within a 5 minute walk. Unbelievable vacation location at this price available all year long. World famous Newport beach can have large surf for exciting surfing and body surfing. There are staffed professional lifeguard stations every block (approx. 500-1000 feet) throughout the summer. While on the beach walk 2 minutes to the Newport Beach plaza and purchase a mixed drink, beer, or soda and casually drink while relaxing at your site on the beach,(no bottles). Great beach for kids to build sand castles and wade. There is parking for 2 vehicles in attached garage accessed from rear alley. Walk 1/2 block to the 7/11 store and buy the LA Times or other favorite paper and enjoy with your morning java. Fly into John Wayne International Airport (Orange County) and rent a car for the 15 minute drive to this fun beach resort town. You will love the night life, the teenagers will go crazy over the "boardwalk", and the youngsters will not want to leave the beach. You might even see a movie star or an LA Laker or two! Some of the finest beach vollyball in the world is played right near 19th Street. Watch, or if you dare, play a game. Before your evening walk along the beach, drive 6 miles to Costa Mesa and catch a movie or rent one and watch it at home on our VCR or DVD.
