Vacation at our beachfront condominium in Mission Beach, San Diego, California. Our ocean front condo at Top of the Beach faces the Pacific Ocean and the Boardwalk between Crystal Pier and Belmont Park, and it is steps away from the Bay.
Enjoy fabulous ocean views from the deck, living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom.
Our newly remodeled condo boasts a new deck and patio area, new carpet, new vinyl, new kitchen, and new living room furniture. The private patio area has an outdoor table and chairs. The living room faces the ocean and has a queen sleeper, love seat, cable, a 42" flat screen television, DVD player, and stereo. The dining area has a large glass pedestal table which seats six comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals (except the food). The master bedroom faces the ocean and has a large picture window for your viewing pleasure, a queen bed, and a 37" flat screen television and DVD player. The second bedroom has two twin beds and ample closet/drawer space. Linens are plentiful, but you'll want to bring your own beach towels. The bathroom contains both a shower and bathtub. Additionally, we have one parking space reserved for your convenience.
Our condo is within easy walking distance of Mission Bay, Belmont Park, Pacific Beach, Crystal Pier, restaurants, grocery stores, laundry facilities and shopping. Rental shops for roller blades, boogie boards, surfboards, and bicycles are also within walking distance. Parasailing, fishing, boating and whale watching (generally in the winter) are close too. You can drive to Sea World within 5 minutes, and the San Diego Zoo, the airport and downtown are within a 15 - 20 minute drive.

May $1300 per week
June 1 - June 30 $1800 - $2400 per week

October - March $1100 per week
OFF SEASON WEEKLY RATES (October 1 - May 31):
~All fees are included in the rates below!
Nightly rental(3 night minimum stay): $190 per night
*Add 10% to daily and/or weekly rate if your
stay includes the following holidays: Easter,
Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,
Christmas, New Year's Eve.
OUR SECURITY/CLEANING DEPOSIT POLICY:
~Your refundable security/cleaning deposit of $350 is due at the time of your reservation.
~Your deposit will be refunded after the cleaning service has cleaned the condo.
~If you CANCEL your reservation 61 days or more prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded.
~If you CANCEL your reservation 1 - 60 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit WILL NOT be refunded if we are unable to re-rent the unit.
OUR WEEKLY RENTAL POLICY:
~Your weekly payment must be received 31 days (for the off season) and 61 days (during the summer season) prior to your arrival date. Otherwise, we will re-rent the unit.
Check in time: 2:00 p.m. or later
Check out time: 10:00 a.m. or earlier
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only.
Daily arrivals will vary.
Easy "key pick-up" will be arranged upon receipt of final payment.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
