Villa Rosa is a spectacular 4 bedroom,4.5 bath European Style Villa with accommodations for eight persons.
Sweeping views of the Bay of Banderas and Puerto Vallarta are yours to enjoy from every room in the villa. A modern granite counter topped kitchen with stove, microwave, blender, refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal make cooking at the villa a pleasure should you so desire. The master bedroom suite has a secluded outdoor Jacuzzi. Air conditioning is available for the warm months. Take a dip in the pool or sit on the terrace and enjoy the panoramic view.
Villa Rosa is located in the Alta Vista, Amapas area minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta. Los Muertos Beach is a 10 minute walk.
You enter Villa Rosa through a beautiful wrought-iron gate. Stairs take you to the main entrance of Villa Rosa. The pool and patio appear as you approach the doors to the beautiful living area.
As you cross the living room area you find yourself viewing the kitchen and dining area, with French doors leading off to the pool and terrace. A half bath is on
the first floor.
Up the gorgeous winding staircase with stained glass windows to the second floor master suite with king size bed. A palapa roofed terrace opens off the master bedroom complete with a table and chairs to enjoy the breathtaking view. The bath contains a large Jacuzzi, bidet, double sink,toilet and shower.
The staircase winds you to the two third floor bedrooms having their own baths and romantic balconies, the best views of all. One bedroom has one double bed and the other bedroom has two double beds. A separate entrance to the street on this level provides alternative access and parking. The washer and dryer are located on this level.
A two stall garage provides off street parking for your vehicle.
Optional meet are greet services are available. A tour guide will greet you at the airport, take you on a brief tour of Puerto Vallarta, and deliver you to Villa Rosa. Upon your departure the guide will pick you up at the Villa and take you back to the airport. The charge is $50.00 for up to two people and $10.00 per extra person.
Cook and maid service are available six days per week. You can select from the Villa's Mexican menu and the cook will do the shopping for you. They will pamper you and take care of everything including laundry. It can truly be a relaxing vacation with no cares.
Spa services for men and women are available at Villa Rosa. Hair styling, massages, haircuts, facials, manicures, and pedicures can be arranged when you arrive or in advance.
DSL wireless is available so bring your laptop. Free phone calls to the United States and Canada are also available via a Vonage phone.
The goal is to make your vacation at Villa Rosa memorable.

Please state the number of persons in your party and the dates you desire. A 50 % rental deposit is required to reserve Villa Rosa within seven days of making your reservation. Checks or Paypal (Visa/Mastercard) are acceptable. (www.paypal.com). The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival by check or Paypal(Visa/Mastercard). A $200.00 refundable damage deposit is due at the time of the reservation. This may be in the form of a check which will be returned should there be no damages.
Cancellations
Your deposit is fully refundable 60 days prior to your arrival date. If the cancellation is made within 60 days of your arrival date, every attempt will be made to rent Villa Rosa for your reserved dates. If another party decides to rent the Villa during the same time period, your deposit will be refunded less a service charge of $50.00.

Spa services for men and women are available at Villa Rosa such as massage, hair styling, pedicures, manicures, and facials for a reasonable charge. Contact can be made either in advance or when you arrive at the Villa.
Optional meet and greet service can be arranged for an extra charge. Someone will meet you at the airport, give you a brief tour of Puerto Vallarta, go grocery shopping if you wish, and take you to the villa.
No cooking, cleaning, laundry or grocery shopping. It is all done for you. Margaritas, chips and salsa can be waiting for you when you arrive.
