This spacious home for a large extended family is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It lies just one block west of Bradshaw Beach. This private beach has lifeguards and requires passes.(We include 12 beach passes in season) Four blocks to the north is the start of the Point Pleasant Boardwalk, filled with shops, eateries, and amusements. Other attractions nearby include golf, fishing, health facilities, and restaurants.
This home provides for 3000 square feet of living area. We can seat 24 persons for lunch or dinner inside without moving a chair.

Rental by a large Family is preferred. A 2 family share is possible and will be considered. No pets. This spacious house is available from $2500-4900 (May and June) -$7000 per week in July and August. We ask for a $2000.00 security deposit which will be promtly returned after 30 days. The rental period is a full seven nights. We rent Sunday to Sunday. Check-in time is 3:00pm on Sunday (keys will not be given out prior to check-in time). Incoming guests will greatly appreciate your courteous observance of the 11:00am check-out time. A $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security. No refunds after April 1.
