Our great San Francisco vacation rentals are located in the heart of San Francisco. This beautiful Victorian flat is located on Noe Street off of Market Street. Only 2 blocks from public transportation. The 2nd and 3rd floor units are both 4 bedroom 2 bath large flats. The 2nd floor flat has a new kitchen with granite counters and 2 new granite bathrooms. The 3rd floor flat is also newly remodeled and is slightly larger.

These rates include ALL FEES. There is a $500 refundable security deposit.
San Francisco Flat
Reservations: Tentative Reservations are accepted by phone and held for 7 days, by which time a reservation deposit must be received. The full amount of rent, cleaning, and security deposit is due 60 days prior to check-in. Reservations can be made by phone at 1-916-789-7736, or by e-mail SanFranciscoFlat@aol.com. Make checks out to Laurie Sweeting and send them to 9712 Weddington Circle Granite Bay, CA 95746.
Cancellation Policy: There is a $100 cancellation fee outside of 60 days. Within 60 days of arrival the rental fees are non-refundable unless the house is re-rented.
Security Deposit: The security deposit will be held a maximum of 30 days after departure.
Arrival & Check-In: Check-in time is after 4:00 P.M.
Checkout: Checkout time is 10 A.M.
Pets: No pets are allowed.
Cleaning Fees: These are our family homes and we ask you to treat them as your own home. Cleaning is included in your rental cost. Please pick up after yourself. The unit will be professionally cleaned after each stay. You don't have to worry about changing the sheets or mopping the floors.
Furnishings & Supplies: The home has cable TV, phone line, and linens. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and bath soap are provided at the start of your stay.
Parking: Cars are not needed, as you are close to public transportation. You do not need a permit to park around the hospital that is one block over. On Noe Street there is a parking garage.
Maintenance: For maintenance problems we have a maintenance person in San Francisco.
Smoking: Our home is non-smoking.
